Ordering & Customization

  • How do I place a custom order?

    • Fill out the "Request a Quote" form for pricing information.  Select your item, upload your design if you have one or describe what you are looking for.  We will send a quote and proof for you to view and confirm.  Once confirmed,  we will begin processing immediately​

  • Can I use my own logo/design?​

    • Yes, upload or email your file directly to us

  • Will I see a proof before production?​

    • Absolutely​

  • What if I don't have a design yet?​

    • We can help bring your design to life.  Just provide us with a description of what you are looking for, and we will take it from there!

  • Is there a mininmum order​

    • Absolutely no minimum on your order​

  • Do you work with Schools, Businesses, or Events?​

    • YES!​

Design & File Questions

  • What file types do you accept?

    • We recommend uploading the following file types for the best results:

      • PNG (transparent background, 300 DPI preferred)​

      • SVG or vector filers (best for logos)

      • PDF (high quality)

    • If your file isn't print-ready, we'll contact you to help adjust or recreate your design​

  • Do you charge for design help?​

    • Absolutely not, we are here to help!​

  • Will my design print exactly as shown?​

    • There will always be slight color variations, sizing, and placement but we do our best to match it as close as possible

Products & Quality

  • What brands do you use for Shirts/Hoodies/Hats?

    • We use brands like Bella Canvas, Gildan, Richardson, Core365, etc​

  • What printing methods do you use?​

    • DTG (Direct to Garment) printing, Cricut for basic designs, and Embroidery​

Shipping & Turnaround Time

  • How long does it take to receive my order?

    • Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before shipment.  Custom and Bulk Orders may require additional processing time depending on order size, design complexity and product availability   

    • Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-5 business days after processing

    • Express shipping typically arrives within 2-4 business days after processing 

  • Do you offer rush orders?​

    • Absolutely, you can pay for Express shipping to expedite it​

    • Standard shipping is a flat rate of $4.99

  • Do you offer local delivery?​

    • Absolutely, we offer local delivery for a small $15 flat fee.  We deliver to the Central Florida area​

    • Pricing is determined based on quantity, design complexity, and garment type​

  • Do you offer bulk discounts​

    • Absolutely!  We offer huge discounts for large orders - the more you shop, the more you save!​

  • What payment methods do you accept?​

    • All major credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle​

Returns & Issues

  • Do you accept returns?

    • Catalog Items: We're happy to accept returns within 14 days on unused items

    • Custom Orders: Because these are made just for you, they're final sale

  • What if there's an issue with my order?​

    • We'll always make it right - we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order​

Care Instructions

  • How do I wash my apparel?

    • Wash inside out in cold water

    • Do not bleach or dry clean

    • Tumble dry low or hang to dry

    • Do not iron directly on design

    • Handle with care to keep your design bright and long lasting!
